When synchronized with the welder, it enables a fully automated "start-feed-weld" process. Characterized by precision, high efficiency, reverse-proof screening, low energy consumption, and stable performance, it is compatible with mature techniques from both Western and Asian markets. Operating on 220V/50Hz power (80W) and a 0.5MPa air source, it significantly enhances nut welding efficiency in the automotive and hardware industries.
